The B.C. Assessment Authority’s 10 most-valuable properties is dominated by an exclusive stretch of Vancouver’s west side, and one private Island
B.C. Assessment Authority’s 2025 list of the 500 most valuable properties in the province starts with homes over $12.49 million, many of which are in Vancouver, West Vancouver and Whistler.
The very top of the list, however, is an exclusive stretch of Vancouver’s west side, mostly on two streets: Belmont Avenue and Point Grey Road.
