One player on left host Bradley Walsh gobsmacked after they shared their surprising link to a previous show winner.
During Thursday’s visit (December 2) to the studios, the former star welcomed four new contestants onto the teatime show.
The 64-year-old welcomed George, Wilis, Margaret and Aavan onto the programme to put their general knowledge to the test. The quartet went up against Shaun ‘The Dark Destroyer’ Wallace who certainly brought his A-game for the intelligent bunch.
First up to the podium was George who raked in a respectable £3k in the cash builder, but when it came to the head-to-head Shaun caught him in three questions.
Unfortunately, Willis followed in his teammates footsteps despite earning an impressive £5,000 in the cash builder. Willis was also caught out by the barrister, but dedicated fan Margaret was determined to break the cycle.
Next up to the podium was 92-year-old Margaret who made history as the oldest contestant to compete on the quiz show to date.
