Refunds offered after Luke Littler schedule change as ex-world champion steps in

Luke Littler has been replaced by two-time world champion Adrian Lewis after being moved from a event in Scotland. Littler’s schedule has been jam-packed since his emergence onto the professional scene at last year’s .

He not only juggles all of his PDC duties but also attends various exhibition events to boost his earnings at the oche. was due to take to the stage in Fife on April 25 to face familiar foe .

But a schedule change from organisers MDA Events has seen them replace him with Adrian Lewis, who will instead face fellow former world champion Humphries for the ‘Kingdom 2025 Masters’ at Pettycur Bay Holiday Park near Burntisland.

Littler, meanwhile, will still be north of the border that night. He’s now headlining a different MDA show in Kelso, a two hour drive south from his original booking.

Those who had bought tickets to see him face Humphries have been offered full refunds should they no longer wish to attend. Tickets range from a standard £50 entry fee to £95 for a VIP meet and greet and £225 for a platinum ticket, which includes competing in a nine-dart challenge for the chance to win a leg of darts against one of the pros, amongst other perks.

Lewis announced his return to the sport earlier this year after taking a hiatus to care for his ill wife. Littler, meanwhile, will be joined by a trio of Scottish legends in the form of John Henderson, Willie Borland and Robert Thornton.

Former World Cup winner Henderson now competes on the Seniors Tour and is the reigning World Matchplay, World and Masters champion. World No. 128 Borland memorably hit a nine-darter at Alexandra Palace in 2021, while veteran Thornton is a three-time major winner.

Similar packages to those mentioned are available for the Kelso event. For now, Littler’s focus is firmly on the task at hand at Ally Pally.

He has a chance to avenge his defeat to Humphries in the final 12 months ago. First, he must get past semi-final opponent Stephen Bunting before facing either Michael van Gerwen or Chris Dobey.
