New year, new Oreos.
It’s January, and the sandwich cookie company has announced six new treats coming to shelves this month — including one that is a bit of Oreo inception reminiscent of Kit Kats, which use ground-up Kit Kats as filling.
Additionally, the brand is dropping its own fan club, which is full of special perks.
Here’s what’s Oreo has been baking up:
- Oreo Game Day: These limited-edition classic Oreos have five football-themed embossments and have been available since Dec. 26, while supplies last.
- Oreo Loaded: This permanent addition, available starting Jan. 3, features a signature Oreo cookie with Mega Stuf-level creme that contains bits of Oreo cookie pieces.
- Golden Oreo Cakesters: This flavor features creme filling sandwiched between two golden snack cakes and has returned after more than a decade off the Oreo roster to become a permanent addition on Jan. 3.
- Oreo Irish Creme Thins: This new and permanent addition to the Oreo family, available starting Jan. 3, features original thin cookies filled with Irish Creme-flavored filling.
- Oreo Minis Peanut Butter: This permanent addition coming Jan. 3 takes bite-sized chocolate Oreo cookies and fills them with peanut butter creme.
- Oreo Bites: This treat features a frozen dairy, creme-flavored base dipped in an Oreo coating and is available year-round in convenience stores starting this month.
- Oreo Mini Bars: This icy treat features a creme-flavored base with Oreo cookie pieces dipped in a coating made from crushed Oreo wafer pieces, and it’s available year-round also starting this month.
Lastly, Oreo is introducing the Oreo Dunk Club, which will allow fans to learn about product releases, exclusive pre-sale events, brand collaborations and contests.
