Mike Brewer has held talks over a new series
Mike Brewer has sat down with the team of the popular restoration show.
Earlier this week, Mike confirmed he was due to sit down with the team behind the TV series with discussions to focus on
Mike teased fans that he was set to be “very busy” in 2025 as he eyes up another run of programmes.
It’s likely any new series would air in towards the end of summer to early autumn which has become its usual slot over the last few seasons.
He made the revelation in an update to his followers on social media ahead of the New Year.

Mike Brewer was forced to clarify the future of the series
, Mike said: “We got a brand new series new to Quest, If you’ve got Discovery Channel you would have seen it last year, but new to Quest a brand new series of Wheeler Dealers with me and Elvis stars. New to Quest starts next week.
“I’m meeting the team actually. I’m going to go and meet them. I’m going to have a little bit of lunch with them and discuss new Wheeler Dealers.
“Do you know what? We’re going to be busy this year. It’s going to be a busy year.”
Mike was forced to clarify the future of the series back in November after concerns the show had been scrapped.

Mike posted on social media that he wouldn’t be making any further episodes of his spin-off DreamCar series. After concern from fans, to the main Wheeler Dealers show and confirmed more episodes were on their way.
He commented: “Just so we are clear there’s NO plans to axe #wheelerdealers but we will no longer be making #dreamcar .. WD’s back to your screens 2025.”
Wheeler Dealers last aired a UK show over a year ago with the 18th edition of the series ending back in December 2023.
However, Mike and co-host Marc Priestley did produce a special Wheeler Dealers: World Tour show last year to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the series.
The international series travelled across Europe, Australia and America restoring vintage machines from across the globe.
