Princess Kate, along with other members of the Firm, chatted to well-wishers, who handed them flowers, gifts, and presents.At one point, the Princess of Wales got distracted during a conversation with fans and realised that her family had walked on without her – joking, “I think I’ve lost my family!” before hurrying to catch up with William and her kids.During this time, Reports, called a protection officer for his wife while waiting with his three children, and you can see him in the video in the distance on the phone.The security officer then picks up the phone, and walks alongside Princess Kate back towards her family who are patiently waiting for her, with giving her a wave.
