Coleen Nolan, a mainstay on for decades, has opened up about how a simple dietary switch has had a ‘life changing’ effect on her
In a recent chat with Closer UK, the 59-year-old divulged how adopting a new has brought about remarkable health benefits, revealing: “I’m 100% and probably 80% vegan, and health-wise it’s changed my life.”
She recounted her past struggles with joint pain, noting: “I was living on painkillers for joint pain, but after being for two weeks, I never had to take another painkiller.”

Coleen had recently revealed how the Loose Women team came together to support Ruth Langsford during her split from , saying to Bella Magazine: “But we’ve got a WhatsApp group for all of us and when someone needs support, that group just lights up. As Loose Women marked its 25th anniversary, Coleen looked back on her own journey, having joined the show in its second year.
