Clarkson Farm’s Lisa Hogan almost lands criminal record after huge Diddly Squat error

‘s partner was warned she might face legal trouble for selling non-local produce at their Diddly Squat Farm.

Since the show began in 2021, the couple has won over audiences with their agricultural adventures on and fan favourites, including Kaleb and Gerald Cooper.

However, their land agent, Charlie Ireland, recently informed them that they must adhere to strict rules about what they can sell.

Ahead of the much-anticipated fourth season of the show, Lisa revealed a stern warning from their advisor.

She shared: “Charlie had to have a serious conversation with me and say that I could end up with a criminal record if I didn’t comply.

“It’s council regulations which I respect, especially after Charlie explained it to me in his clear and concise way.”

They are required to only offer goods produced within 16 miles of their Oxfordshire farm or risk getting a criminal record.

Meanwhile, Jeremy is keen to depict the harsh realities of farming life, far removed from the idyllic portrayals often seen on TV.

He shared his perspective with fans: “Farming on television has been portrayed as fresh straw, fluffy lambs, agreeable calves: a bit like Babe.

“I had it in my head that farming was much dirtier and harder, and I always wanted to show it like it actually is. Farming doesn’t have many happy endings, as we’ve discovered. We want to show everybody what real farming is,” reports .
