Christina, known to her followers as the Very Hungry Greek, has concocted a mouth-watering festive gyros stuffed with all the seasonal favourites – including its very own pig in blanket, succulent turkey, lashings of gravy, and a dollop of cranberry sauce.
Utilising an , Christina ensures this dish is not only scrumptious but also quick and simple to prepare.
Her promises to deliver a feast in under 15 minutes.
In a recent TikTok video, Christina wrote: “Let’s kick-start this series with a serious banger. Pigs in blankets, turkey coated in rich chicken gravy, cranberry sauce AND skin on fries.”

Festive Gyros
Ingredients
- One reduced-fat pork sausage
- 30g skin on fries
- One streaky bacon rasher
- 100g cooked turkey or chicken
- 50g chicken gravy, plus extra for drizzling
- One tbsp cranberry sauce
- One flatbread
Method
Wrap the streaky bacon around sausage and cook in the air fryer on 190C for 13 minutes or until cooked.
Seven minutes before the end add the skin on fries. Shred the turkey slices then pour over the gravy.
Lightly toast the flatbread, assemble the gyros and enjoy with an extra drizzle of gravy!
