Princess Charlotte stopped to take a selfie with one fan on Christmas Day
Royal fans were sent into a frenzy on Christmas Day after wowed the public with one key move.
After in Sandringham with the Royal Family, Princess Charlotte, nine, joined her parents and Princess Kate, along with her brothers Prince George and Prince Louis, as they greeted well wishers outside the church.
While it is standard for the royals to shake hands with members of the public and on Christmas Day, the young princess took this a step further as she agreed to a royal fan’s request for a selfie.
In a video circulating online, a woman can be heard asking Charlotte for a picture.
The young princess then steps towards her and smiles for the selfie before walking away towards her dad .

Since the video was posted on X by a royal fan, hundreds have been sent into a frenzy, dubbing the princess “confident” and “lovely”.
One fan wrote: “She’s a very confident young lady.”
A second said: “She is gorgeous. It was so nice to see all the Royal children behaving impeccably. They are all beautiful kids and so confident in public.”
A third commented: “How lovely, she has a quiet confidence about her, lovely young lady.”

A fourth said: “The Wales children are confident and at ease these days. They’re taking the initiative to greet the locals.
“Catherine and William must be very proud of their precious babies. Time goes so quickly. Notice that Charlotte is the one keeping her eye on her entire family.”
As well as stopping to take a selfie with the fan, the young princess was also seen alongside her brothers shaking hands with members of the public and which included chocolate, teddy bears and flowers.
and Princess Kate were also handed gifts of their own, with Kate receiving dozens of bouquets of flowers as she greeted members of the public.
The family are not expected to make any more appearances over the festive period.
