“Be gentle with those around you this time of year, as the holidays can feel different for everyone.”

The influencer continued: “Sending all my love to those carrying grief this holiday. I hope the seasons bring you comfort and peace.”

She concluded: “Wishing everyone a love-filled and healthy holiday season this year.”

Kate was with Liam in Argentina before she headed back to the US on her own just days before his tragic death.

The star said her heart was “shattered” and revealed she had lost the “best part” of herself in an emotional tribute.

Kate discovered that Liam wrote a note to her shortly before his death, predicting they would get married within a year.

The model recently unveiled her latest tattoo in a heartfelt tribute to her late partner, inking angel wings onto her index and middle fingers.
