Their visit to Santa in their log cabin holiday required a bit of logistical magic, and Centre Parcs rose to the occasion, rearranging the grotto to fit Sue, Noel, and their many children. Sue posted heartwarming pictures from their trip, captioning: “The most amazing weekend @centerparcsuk. This is definitely going to become a Christmas tradition for us, it’s just such a magical place to be. You know you have a big family when they have to reorganise Santa’s grotto to fit you all in.”

Sue Radford, matriarch of Britain’s largest family, often delights her followers with glimpses of their exotic holidays and her shiny new Porsche on social media. Her fans, however, are scratching their heads trying to figure out how the Radfords afford such a lavish lifestyle.
The family’s frequent jaunts to Florida and other luxurious retreats have sparked such curiosity and envy that it has left some dumbfounded, with comments flooding in on social media questioning their financial wizardry. Onlookers express their awe and confusion, one commenting ruefully, “There are families who can’t afford Christmas let alone one holiday.”
Another said, “How do they afford it? I’ve got a child and the thought of going abroad is a dream.” A third person wistfully posts: “I wish I could afford to do that for my son.”
The secret behind the Radford’s opulent adventures lies in their sheer hard work and enterprise. Noel Radford, the family’s patriarch, has been the proud owner of a beloved pie shop in Morecambe since 1999, which he displays through YouTube videos and their popular TV show ’22 Kids and Counting’. Several of their children contribute to the flourishing business by working in the bakery alongside their parents.
In response to the trolls casting aspersions on their lifestyle, Noel and Sue hit back, clarifying the foundations of their finances in their autobiography ‘The Radfords: Making Life Count’. They explained, “We don’t claim benefits, the pie company is very successful and so is our media business. We work hard but we’re not millionaires. The nastiness is upsetting though. We just want to be able to give our children the best possible life.”
In their revealing book, Sue and Noel Radford confess the challenges of caring for their supersized family, including a brood of grandchildren. Sue candidly shared: “I am sure there must be couples who are able to ring each other up during the day to discuss various things about their kids, Noel and I don’t really speak when he’s at work and I’m at home- because we never have the time.”
