The Madame Blanc Mysteries is making a comeback so who is to star in the Christmas special?
Things took an emotional turn in the Channel 5 cosy crime series earlier this year when amateur detective and antiques expert Jean White (played by Sally Lindsay) admitted her feelings for friend Dom Hayes (Steve Edge).
So how are things going to be between the pair when the drama returns for the Christmas episode?
And who will be starring alongside them as Jean is tasked with finding the killer of a puppeteer.
Jean White – Sally Lindsay
Leading the cast of The Madame Blanc Mysteries as the main wannabe detective and antiques shop owner Jean White is actress Sally Lindsay.
She rose to fame as Shelley Unwin in before moving onto Mount Pleasant, Still Open All Hours, Scott And Bailey followed by a string of Channel 5 dramas such as Cold Call and Love Rat.

Dom Hayes – Steve Edge
On hand to help Jean with her detective work is cab driver and love interest Dom Hayes, portrayed by actor Steve Edge.
Lindsay’s co-star has previously been in Ted Lasso, The Visit, Peep Show, Benidorm and most recently, Until I Kill You on ITV.
Other returning stars will be Alma’s Not Normal star Sue Vincent as mechanic Gloria Beauchamp, Only Fools and Horses’ Sue Holderness and Confessions actor Robin Askwith as “chateau dwellers” Judith and Jeremy Lloyd James, as well as Blackadder’s Tony Robinson as Dom’s Uncle Patrick.
As well as the regular main cast, a string of guest stars will feature in the Christmas episode.

Actress Melanie Kilburn, who is to play Joanna, is best known for starring as Laura Bryant in the ITV police drama The Bill.
The Witcher and Wolf Hall actor Phillippe Spall will take on the role of a character called Christian.
Meanwhile, actor Pavel Douglas, who has been in Industry, The Princess Switch and Gangs Of London, is to play Frederick.
The Madame Blanc Mysteries Christmas special airs on Christmas Eve at 9.15pm on Channel 5 and My5.
