Loose Women’s Janet Street-Porter delivered a shock quip aimed at , leaving the studio audience and her co-stars utterly gobsmacked.
In the December 24 episode, brimming with festive cheer, Janet joined panellists Charlene White, Coleen Nolan, and Judi Love to get viewers into the Christmas mood just in time for the big day.
The television personalities welcomed former actor Kelvin Fletcher and his wife, Liz Marsland, to discuss their return to our screens with the second instalment of their reality series.
Kelvin, known for his portrayal of Andy Sugden on the popular ITV soap, waved goodbye to the Dales two years prior and has since taken up the life of a sheep farmer on a sprawling 120-acre estate near the Peak District.
In the upcoming season, audiences will peek into the couple’s hectic farm life during lambing season and witness Kelvin’s children’s first foray into the county fair, reports .

The conversation with the long-time married pair, who share four children, soon veered towards their farming adventures. However, it escalated when Janet couldn’t resist making a sly comment about fellow agricultural enthusiast .
Janet cheekily enquired: “I want to ask you about the farming. You’re not doing a and you haven’t got Kaleb lurking in the background running it all for you, I just want to clear that up.”
The remark prompted a burst of laughter from everyone in the studio. Kelvin explained that hiring staff wouldn’t be feasible for them at present: “It might be a bit easier if we did have him but we are not really at the size that would justify having workers so we are the workers.”

During the show, Kelvin also discussed the challenges of managing family life, candidly stating that ‘we’re doing our best’.
He added: “I don’t know how we are doing it and I don’t know if we are doing it successfully. We are just like any parent and you’re just doing your best and doing what you think is right and sometimes it’s a full time job.”
Kelvin continued, “Three years in and it still feels like we are still doing that. Things don’t always pan out the way you want it and it can get overwhelming.”
