How to make the ultimate hot chocolate
Ingredients:
- 200g of quality dark chocolate (70 percent cocoa)
- 100g of quality cocoa powder
- 100g of icing sugar
- 50g of cornflour
- 50g of Horlicks
- Sea salt

Method:
Before you make your hot chocolate mixture, place your dark chocolate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, so it is cold and solid.
