Garlic bread can be simple to make at home (file)
There’s nothing better than tucking into a delicious bowl of when you are hungry – and it will certainly leave you satisfied.
It’s likely most of us have a bag of pasta and some sauce in our cupboards – not only is the dish easy to whip but it’s cheap to make. While most of us buy pre made garlic bread to accompany our pasta dishes, it’s easy to make your own at home. Plus, garlic is great for our immune systems at this time of year.
Of course you can use any spare bread you have, but if you have tortillas in your cupboard, you can turn them into the perfect garlic flatbreads in seconds. It will take just four minutes in the air fryer.
Popular lifestyle influencer, Matila Relefors, loves sharing her favourite places to eat out and easy recipes to create at home. Better known as , she recently shared how to make garlic bread for those who always keep tortilla wraps in the freezer.
Don’t miss…
“If you’re craving garlic bread, but you don’t have bread, just use a tortilla,” she said.
To prepare the treat, lay out a tortilla and spread butter all over one side. Chop up a clove of garlic into fine pieces, grab a pinch and spread across the buttered tortilla.
For some extra flavour, chop up some fresh chives and sprinkle them across the tortilla. Turn your air fryer to 180C and put the tortilla in to cook for four minutes. Once ready, and the bread is slightly browned, chop it up into four triangular pieces.
Serve alongside your favourite pasta dish, and enjoy.
