The Kansas City Chiefs take on the Houston Texans on their home turf at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri, on Saturday, Dec. 21. Could Taylor Swift be there to root for boyfriend Travis Kelce and his teammates?
Swift has shown up to six of the Chiefs’ seven home games at Arrowhead this season. She missed the team’s Dec. 8 win against the Los Angeles Chargers because she was performing in Vancouver, Canada, on the last date of her record-breaking “Eras Tour.”
Swift has also missed all seven of the Chiefs’ away games this season partly because her nearly two-year-long tour kept her busy.
Though Swift didn’t attend the Chiefs’ win against the Cleveland Browns in Cleveland on Dec. 15, her longtime guitarist Paul Sidoti, a Cleveland native, performed on the field before kickoff.
The Chiefs are currently the AFC West’s top team with 13 wins and one loss. The Texans, who are part of the AFC South, have won nine games and lost five so far this season.
