The Duke’s alleged refusal to walk the corgis comes amid new controversy over his links
According to Britain’s High Court, Andrew had developed an “unusual degree of trust” with Chinese businessman Yang Tenbo, also known as Chris Yang.
The businessman has since been banned from the UK over spying concerns, though he denies the allegations.
