Celebrity fans “switched off” tonight’s episode (December 20) off after just minutes, after an old episode was billed as new by Channel 4.
Millions of loyal fans tune into watch the iconic show every Friday as regular people or celebrity duos react to the latest TV shows airing across the UK.
With a new episode being billed for tonight’s showing, fans were immediately left fuming after a repeat episode showed celeb duos like Gok Wan and Fearne Cotton and and watching months-old TV shows.
“Sat down to watch the ‘Brand New’ #CelebrityGogglebox only to find out that it’s actually just a compilation of stuff broadcast months ago. That’s weak of Gogglebox,” blasted one fan.
Another said they’d rather watch something else: “#Gogglebox Where is Gogglebox? Why have Ch4 put on a summer edition with so called Celebrities in it? Not good I’ll watch No Time To Die. Thanks for nothing, Ch4,”

A third chimed in: “Really getting fecked off with the TV recently! EVERYTHING seems to be repeats! Got settled to watch Celeb Gogglebox thinking it was a new series, or a Christmas special! Oh how wrong am I! YET AGAIN ANOTHER REPEAT! Utter sh**e!”
And another echoed: “#celebritygogglebox how can this be advertised as ‘new celebrity gogglebox’ it was basically filmed In the summer . Not up to date at all. A lot has happened since then.”
Other viewers took umbridge with the celebs bashing US president after a clip of him was show.
“Oh FFS celebrities coming across all smarmy aren’t we cool dissing Trump you make me puke,” blasted one fan. Another agreed: “#MAGA #Gogglebox these soft twats on gogglebox talking absolute shite about Trumps bogus trial”

Elsewhere, a civilian fan-favourite has bravely opened up on her Bell’s Palsy diagnosis.
Sue opened up on learning to live with the condition, which is, in most cases, temporary.
She said: “I mean I’ve actually learned to do a couple of things since this Bell’s Palsy,” to which her spouse replied: “Have you?”
She continued: “Yeah one is to speak through the side of my mouthand the other one is chewing, chewing takes a long time.”
