Kelly Brook opened up about a heart-wrenching encounter with an ex-partner on Thursday’s edition of .
The 45-year-old joined panellists Kaye Adams, Judi Love, and Frankie Bridge to discuss a number of topics including the trials of romantic breakups.
During the candid conversation, Kelly recalled a time when she crossed paths with an ex while out with her husband. Despite her eagerness to greet him, she was met with avoidance.
She shared with viewers: “He was kind of trying to avoid me and I was like ‘hooey!'” Further revealing her feelings, she added: “I said to my husband, ‘Of course, he wanted to see me,’ and he said, ‘He didn’t, trust me. As a man, he was avoiding you the best he could.'”
The revelation left Kelly feeling a pang of sadness as she reflected on past relationships: “And that did break my heart a little bit because you spend so much time with these people.”

In an attempt to lighten the mood, Kaye chimed in with a humorous take: “Maybe he also knew your husband’s a judo champion. Maybe that had something to do with it,” eliciting laughter from the audience, reports .
Kelly, who married Jeremy Parisi in 2022, has been basking in the joys of wedded bliss. The couple recently gave fans a glimpse into their relationship during their stint on ‘s Celebrity Race Across The World.
The duo has also been open about their decision not to have children, with Kelly stating last month that she is “childless by choice”.

In a candid interview with The Sun, she revealed: “We haven’t tried for children, we haven’t gone down the IVF route. We’ve not even looked into it and I think we are all the more happier for it to be honest.”
She boldly stated: “I am actually childless by choice at the moment, it’s not something that we have considered and I don’t think that should be a taboo.”
Further elaborating on her life choices, she added: “I’m surrounded by a lot of families with kids and I see it brings people a lot of happiness, but I also see it brings people a lot of stress. Jeremy and I love to be around family we really do but we also love to travel and do our own thing.”
