On a festive the Prince of Wales, 42, spent time talking to servicemen, women and their families, including children.
With Christmas fast approaching, it came as no surprise to the prince that he was quizzed over Christmas, which he himself confirmed he was not yet ready for.
However, as well as being asked , the dad-of-three was also challenged about his outfit as the prince failed to wear a Christmas jumper to the lunch.
With everyone else around him sporting their best festive jumpers, William was quick to admit that he did in fact not own one, before making a light-hearted joke about who was to blame.

the prince pointed to himself when asked about his lack of Christmas jumper as he revealed: “Some people don’t own one.”
He then jokingly blamed his new equerry for the oversight and could be heard saying: “I didn’t know, you see that guy in the jacket, it’s his fault and I will be having a word.”
Although the prince was not dressed for the occasion, this did not stop him revealing all about what his Christmas will look like.
After following the King and Princess Kate’s cancer battles, William and his family are set to spend Christmas Day at Sandringham, hosted by his father the King and Queen Camilla.

At the festive lunch, the Prince of Wales was heard saying that 45 members of his family will gather together all in one room.
He then went on to say that the day won’t be quiet and will be “noisy”, with the prince hoping to get some family dog walks in on the big day too.
While senior and non-working royals will gather together for the big day, it has also been revealed that after he was personally asked by his mum. This is set to be his first Christmas spent at Sandringham with the Royal Family.
