The experts also shared that pearls are among the “most resilient gemstones”, and can withstand “immense external pressures without breaking.”
The experts claimed: “Not only could this be a nod to the turbulent year that the Royal Family are having with both King Charles and Kate Middleton undergoing cancer treatment, but it serves as a poignant tribute to the courage, resilience and solidarity demonstrated by those who stormed the Normandy beaches on D-Day.”
The Princess of Wales announced at the end of summer she had concluded her treatment and was now focused on remaining cancer-free. The King temporarily suspended his treatment to carry out his historic tour to Australia in the autumn.

The RVS is a charity which supports not only the NHS but also thousands of vulnerable people in the community.
Not only do they base themselves in local communities but also run home libraries, companionship support, home-from-hospital services and patient transport.
Camilla’s necklace has become a staple in her wardrobe and a favourite for daytime events as she has worn it on a number of occasions before the latest RVS event.
The Queen notably wore it to Ascot Racetrack back in October 2022, just weeks after Queen Elizabeth’s death, in a touching tribute to her.
She also wore it to the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings back in June, pairing it with a pink ensemble.
The Queen has a longstanding partnership with RVS. Camilla was named president of the charity in 2012, and this May she became a patron.
