has arrived to attend The King’s Foundation’s annual “Crafts at Christmas” event at Highgrove Gardens in Doughton, Tetbury.
Earlier today, December 13, the beaming King met students, alumni, and tutors from The King’s Foundation’s education programmes to attend specialist craft workshops, such as woodworking, weaving and embroidery.
Getting in the festive spirit, the 76-year-old beamed as he looked delighted chatting to those in attendance.
The foundation – which offers education courses for almost 15.000 students each year – was set up by Charles when he was the still known as the Prince of Wales in 1990.
The event has given students a chance to show off their work and share their experiences on the programme. Before departure, His Majesty had an opportunity to speak to the local Rock Choir.
