Pop in a lined tray and bake in the oven at 180°c for around 30 minutes – or until a toothpick comes out clean and not gooey. Megan used a 9”x9” tray.
Leave to cool and then slice/break apart and mix with a stand mixer or whisk to make a “dough”.Line a tray with cling film and press down the brownie mix and flatten as much as possible.
Add filling of choice over the brownie. Gently roll the brownie up. Leave to set in the fridge for a minimum of, but it can also be left overnight.
Melt around 300g of chocolate of choice in small bursts. Use a palette knife to create the ‘log’ look.
Decorate with toppings of your choice. Serve and enjoy!
