Disappointed visitors have slammed a UK that is “just a small street” in after people were left waiting in queues for over 20 minutes.
It is most definitely Christmas market season – a time where roasted chestnuts and mulled wine fill the air whilst you browse the beautiful alpine stalls which sell an array of unique festive gifts.
However, those visiting one particularly in London were left with a sour taste in their mouths.
Eager punters recently flocked in their masses to Novikov Mayfair Christmas Market 2024, an event promised to be “spectacular” that took place from November 28-30.
Upon arrival visitors were greeted with “crazy queues” and those without tickets were reportedly turned away.

In a viral video, Doubletraveldiaries said: “You go to visit Mayfair’s London Christmas market but the queue is too long and they don’t let people in.”
In response one user said: “I went yesterday and it was SO PACKED inside. Not worth it at all.”
Another warned: “We stopped by yesterday. The queue was a mile long and power went out. Don’t bother.”
It seems this packed Christmas market is seemingly nothing new, as one user added: “It’s so overrated. We went last year and it was a nightmare.”
Videos from the market show hordes of people crammed in a tight space with lines of visitors queuing in the cold.

In a separate _doubledamn warned: “The Mayfair Christmas Market is not worth it!
“It’s just a small street and even the workers were confused why everyone was here. Save yourself some time!
“All the influencers who told you it’s a ‘must’ are lying.”
In response one user said: “I work nearby, I was amazed how many people were there. It’s always been a small street market, nothing special.£
Another warned: “Facts we queued for 20 minutes and then got told no more entry and that was at 6.30pm.
