Don’t miss… [NEWS] [UPDATE]
Scarlett and Martin appear to have remained good friends since their days in the jungle.
Concerning his challenging experience in the jungle, Martin previously said: “The emotions you go through in the jungle are intense, and that explains some of the things that happen, but it does dig deep into your internal psyche.
“So things from your past – like that fact, I was severely bullied at school and always the last to be picked for sports things – it was five years of bullying, really badly, and it’s going to do bad things to your self-esteem.
“And in normal life, if there are people you didn’t get on with, you’d give them a wide berth, but you’re stuck in the middle of the jungle, and you can’t get away,” he added to MailOnline.
However, fortunately, Martin and Larry were able to put their feelings behind them upon leaving the jungle and hugged on camera when they reunited.
Meanwhile, Scarlett has also discussed her difficulty appearing in a popular celebrity competition. She admitted that the overnight fame made her feel “overwhelmed.”
She explained: “Looking back in hindsight, I wish I’d stayed up north. I made the decision of coming out of and being like ‘This is my job, I’m going to move to London, I’m going to be on TV’.
“And I think, actually, I should’ve taken a breath and been like, ‘Right, this is going to be really crazy, so I need to be around the people that make me the happiest’.
“I did the opposite and left everyone and went on my own, so I think that really affected me. If I wasn’t at work, filming, or doing something, I was just in my flat alone, and it felt very overwhelming,” reported .
