New Year’s Day is right around the corner, which means it’s almost time for the 2025 Golden Globes!
During a live press conference Monday, Dec. 9, Mindy Kaling and Morris Chestnut will announce the actors, shows and movies that will compete at the 82nd Annual Golden Globes. The two stars will unveil nominations for all 27 categories, including best director, best original song and cinematic and box office achievement, a new category that was added to the ceremony last year.
The upcoming awards show will air live on Sunday, Jan. 5, on CBS and Paramount+ at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET.
The show, which will be held at the Beverly Hilton in California, will be hosted by comedian Nikki Glaser. She will make history as the first woman to host the Golden Globes solo, according to the awards show’s website.
