A gorgeous Cornish town has been named one of the country’s most affordable places to live. Recent analysis has suggested that homes sell for as little as just over £200,000.
The data comes from Online Marketing Surgery and Cardinal Steels, who used Office for National Statistics (ONS) house price data for areas across the UK from 2023 to 2024.
The figures are based on the median average house price, which included as one of Cornwall’s cheapest places to buy.
