The recipe requires flour and Greek yoghurt
Emily captioned an post from November: “2-INGREDIENT BREAKFAST MUFFINS. Made with just flour & yoghurt, these fluffy breakfast muffins are so quick to prepare.
“No kneading or proving required, these are perfect for toasting or slathering with butter while still warm from the pan. Add any savoury fillings you like and enjoy!”

Two-Ingredient No Knead Breakfast Muffins
Ingredients
- 200g self raising flour
- 175g Greek yoghurt
Method
Add 200g self raising flour to a large bowl with a pinch of salt and 175g Greek yoghurt, then mix until it forms a dough.
Roll the dough out on a floured surface to approx 2cm thick, then use a 5-7cm round pastry cutter (or cut around a large mug) to cut four or five muffins.
Heat a large, non-stick frying pan over a very low heat, then add the muffins. Griddle for around six to eight minutes on each side or until fluffy and risen.
Serve and enjoy!
