With the teenager being handled carefully since his return from a knee injury, Amorim is unlikely to risk throwing him into the starting XI just yet. Instead, it’s Martinez likely to confine Maguire back to the bench.
Midfield – Amad, Mainoo, , Dalot
Given his recent form, the decision to axe Amad from the XI in north London appeared a decision made with the winger’s workload in mind. But United missed his spark and the Ivorian, who registered two assists in the right wing-back role against the Toffees, will surely be back starting.
With Kobbie Mainoo also back from a one game suspension, he should start in place of Manuel Ugarte. With Diogo Dalot able to provide pace as well as width on the flank, Amorim’s compatriot is sure to be favoured on the left over .
