Mike Brewer has issued an update on the stolen Ford Fiesta
star Mike Brewer has unveiled another update around the stolen from production crews last summer.
Mike and co-host Marc Priestley had restored the ultra-rare and were set to show it off to enthusiastic collectors when disaster struck.
Producers woke up to in had from a hotel car park.
After it was snatched, Mike issued a passionate plea for information on the car’s whereabouts but when the series aired late in 2023.
Updates have been few and far between since but Mike has occasionally updated curious supporters on the model.

However, sadly there has been no change with Mike admitting the model had still not been discovered 18 months on.
X user @mct1602 asked: “Watching the episode with the Fiesta that got stolen. Just wondering if you ever got it back?”
However, : “No.. the Fiesta was never recovered.”
Many fans appeared stunned at the admission with some pledging to stay alert for any possible sign of the model on the roads.
@TrevorNeilson74 commented: “I still keep an eye out for it though… Might be worth reposting a photo. So that the buggers get caught eventually.”

@mdavies001 stressed: “Gutted Mike, I wonder if it’ll ever turn up. I hope so but if a private collector has it no doubt it has a new identity by now.
Another added: “That’s either in a private collection now or sadly crushed because it’s too much of a well-known car to keep hold of. I suspect the scumbags were only after the trailer. Not realising what was inside it.”
Mike has previously admitted he was hurt losing the Ford, comparing it to “losing a child” after teams spent hours repairing it.
The star of the historic restoration show previously offered a £5,000 reward for any information which led to the discovery of the Ford.
However, speaking in the summer, Mike admitted the wounds had started to heal with the team noticing
Speaking to Express.co.uk, Mike previously said: “It’s kind of a weird one. It’s one of those stories that never seems to go away. If people are talking about the show it’s brilliant.
“It happened all those months ago, nearly a year ago now and that’s going to keep resonating.
“Yes, the car is gone. It’s stolen and we aren’t going to see it, but I’m quite happy for it to be stolen.”
