ITV I’m A Celeb star awarded ‘double immunity’ as first to face Celebrity Cyclone revealed

For the last two days on , the campmates have been battling it out to win the ‘Ticket to cyclone’, which will see one lucky celebrity make it to everyone’s favourite trial. In Thursday night’s episode, the winner was revealed, with Oti Mabuse beating all of her co-stars to secure the win.

She, along with Danny Jones, Maura Higgins and Coleen Rooney, headed back to the Arcade of Agony once again as they got ready for the ‘Battle Blocks’ challenge. Each celebrity was placed inside one of four game play areas where there was ten battle blovks which they needed to find and remove.

The first to fit all of their battle blocks into the grid in front of them and run and press the golden buzzer would be the winner of the Ticket to cyclone. Oti was the first to burst out of her game play area and she ran to press the golden buzzer, with golden confetti bursting out of the air as she jumped up and down celebrating.

Dec gushed: “Oti! That was incredible!” While Ant added: “Absolutely brilliant.” The Geordie duo then handed Oti the coveted golden ticket, which now means Oti will definitely be taking part in the iconic challenge.

As well as this, it means she’s safe from the next two vote offs and can breathe a sigh of relief. Accepting the golden ticket, Oti expressed: “It feels amazing, I’ve got to wash my underwear more now!”

Oti was previously in the bottom two on Monday night but narrowly avoided elimination after Tulisa Contostavlos was the one to leave.

Two campmates will be departing the camp in a shock double elimination, as Sunday’s final edges closer.

Wednesday’s episode saw the beginning of the Ticket to Cyclone challenge as the campers were split into two groups.

They were told there would be two winners from each group that would then go head to head the next day.

Tonight’s two evictees will join the list of those already eliminated, with Loose Women’s Jane Moore being the first to leave.

She was followed by radio presenter Dean McCullough, and then N-Dubz star Tulisa, which was a shock to viewers.

Meanwhile, Melvin Odoom was the fourth person eliminated, meaning his journey in the jungle was over.

I’m A Celebrity continues tomorrow night at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX followed by I’m A Celebrity: Unpacked after the main show on ITV2.
