Joe Biden seemingly fell asleep in the meeting
Outgoing US President appeared to fall asleep at a meeting with African leaders on Wednesday.
Video footage showed the 82-year-old with his eyes closed for more than a minute as he attended a summit in Angola.

He then opened his eyes briefly before shutting them again.
This is not the first time Mr Biden has appeared to fall asleep while attending an event.

Biden speaking with African leaders
His age and cognitive ability was the main factor behind his decision to drop out of the earlier this year, leaving Vice President to pursue her ill-fated presidential campaign.
Mr Biden has also become known for making gaffes and simple mistakes, such as the time
While meeting with African leaders, the US President told them about his experience on a train line in the Lobito Corridor, a region of Western Angola where the US is investing in infrastructure.
Mr Biden mistakenly referred to Angola as a “vibrant city” before adding: “Look, not the city. The city, I know, is not Angola. But in Angola, in a vibrant city.”
He also made a joke about Mr Trump’s election win, saying: “As you know, I’m in the final weeks of my presidency. You don’t have to clap for that. You can if you want.”
Mr Biden also attracted controversy in recent days after announcing he will pardon his son Hunter after allegations he had failed to disclose on a federal firearms application that he had a cocaine addiction.
Mr Trump branded the decision “an abuse” and “a miscarriage of justice.”
Mr Biden argued that his son was politically targeted.
