sparked specualtion when she left the jungle and deleted all posts to do with the ITV show from her account. However, she soon broke her silence following her exit with a video explaining the reasoning behind her actions.
Setting the record straight, Tulisa shared that she had simply become “overwhelmed” with the attention that she had receieved online. She shared: “Just so you know, when I came out of the jungle, I felt fine first of all…
“And then that evening, my friends went to bed, I was on my just trying to have a nice little casual scroll at some funny stuff or the stuff I like to watch. I was getting a lot of attention, a lot of bombarding, in the most positive way. But because it’s been a bit of a while for me, I can get overwhelmed quite easily and I just started to feel a little bit overwhelmed.
“I thought, ‘Do you know what, I really just need to take a bit of time for me and just chill, this is all feeling just a little bit much at the moment’.”
Speaking on behalf of , Inbaal Honigman, celebrity psychic and tarot expert explained to Express.co.uk that the video admission was “honest” but Tulisa also appeared somewhat conflicted.

The expert said: “Tulisa’s body language throughout the video is honest, positive and vulnerable, while being a little conflicted at the same time. We can see a few instances of the Female Boss scratching her neck or stroking her chin, and both gestures are associated with indecision or decision making.
“Her tongue briefly touches the corner of her mouth, which is an indication that Tulisa’s mind is busy and she’ll appreciate being granted some space to think. Those touching gestures, where the singer taps or rubs her face and body while talking serve a double purpose.
“Firstly, they’re protective gestures, symbolically hiding her body, making her briefly feel a little safer. Secondly, they’re self-soothing gestures also, which calm down her nerves. Just like a baby responds positively to the human touch, grown-ups are soothed by feeling skin touching skin as well.”

She continued: “We can see that Tulisa is being as honest as she can be because she nods her head along with many of her sentences. Those nods say that she confirms her own words.
“The jungle star’s positivity shines, as her eyes are turned upwards for most of the video. As she recalls her jungle experiences and the hours since she’s come back, she doesn’t appear to picture negative memories, because we can’t see her lower her eyes or frown.
“Tulisa’s hands do a lot of talking themselves, punctuating many of her sentences, moving up and down like commas and full stops each time the celeb makes her point. This is another sign that she is being upfront and truthful.”
