Asprey London has created stunning pieces of jewellery for the British for hundreds of years. Their have even been spotted on the likes of and .

Some of their most iconic pieces of jewellery were part of the late collection which was made by Asprey and were passed onto them by and . Asprey has been awarded royal warrants by every British monarch since Queen Victoria first awarded them in 1862.

It has created many stunning pieces . Back in 1920, the then Prince of Wales, His Royal Highness Prince Edward, awarded Asprey with a royal warrant as silversmiths.

The British brand held this warrant until 1940 after Prince Edward abdicated the throne. In 1925 the Queen Mother commissioned a pearl necklace, which was later given to Princess Margaret on her 18th birthday in 1948.

If you are a jewellery fan you would have already spotted ‘s huge sparkler. Princess Diana’s emerald-cut aquamarine ring which King Charles presented her with was created by Asprey.

The stunning light blue gem set is held in a white gold band and flanked by two white diamonds.

It is believed that gifted the ring to her on their wedding back in May 2018, before they stepped down as working members of the Royal Family as she wore it during their special day.

She last donned the stunning accessory which is worth over £70,000 and Meghan, 43, last wore it when she stepped out alongside , 42, when she accepted an ‘anti-racism’ award in New York in 2022.

Upon Princess Diana’s marriage to the then Prince Charles in 1981, Crown Prince Fahd of Saudi Arabia gifted her a breathtaking set of sapphire and diamond jewellery as a wedding gift to match her engagement ring.

Asprey was later instructed to repurpose some of the stones to create a velvet choker with jewels that she also wore as a headband.

Since then Princess Kate has opted to wear the earrings on multiple occasions, including at the 2022 and 2023 Trooping the Colour parades and at a Shaping Us event in November 2023.

Back in April 2021, Prince Kate was spotted donning a stunning pair of earrings and a matching necklace from Asprey London during a selection of portraits marking her and ‘s 10th wedding anniversary.

They feature micro marquise diamond petals and a pavé diamond centre. It’s set in 18ct white gold.

It is reported that the necklace is worth around £10,000 while her earrings are said to retail for at least £23,000.
