and Barry Hawkins will compete for the first Triple Crown title of the World Snooker season when they meet in the final. Both players have fought off fierce competition to reach Sunday’s showdown and are set for an epic battle at the Barbican, York.
World No. 1 Trump has stormed past Neil Robertson, John Higgins, Anda Zhang and world champion Kyren Wilson to reach this stage. Hawkins knocked out defending champion Ronnie O’Sullivan in the first round before defeating David Gilbert, Shaun Murphy and Mark Allen.
The duo will compete for the first Triple Crown title ahead of the Masters and next spring’s World Snooker Championship.

UK Championship final prize money
Trump or Hawkins will walk away with a cool £250,000 today. That is the prize for winning the UK Championship.
However, the losing finalist will also be well remunerated for their run to today’s showpiece event. The runner-up pockets £100,000.
Defeated semi-finalists Kyren Wilson and Mark Allen received £50,000 before heading home after they were beaten by Trump and Hawkins, respectively. The beaten quarter-finalists were handed £25,000.
There is a total prize fund of £1,205,000. The player making the highest break will earn an extra £15,000.

UK Championship final start time
The UK Championship final is due to begin from 1pm, when the players will emerge for the first session. There will be a break after the first session, with Trump and Hawkins returning to the table for the second session at 7pm.
UK Championship final TV channel
Coverage of the UK Championship final is live on Discovery+, Eurosport and the . The first hour and 15 minutes will be shown on One before the schedule changes to Two.
Two will then show the entire second session from 7pm.

UK Championship final rules
Unlike the rest of the tournament, the UK Championship final is played over 19 frames. All the other matches were 11-frame contests.
The match is played over two sessions, with the first beginning at 1pm before a break. The finalists will return to the table for the second session at 7pm.
Both players have hinted at their frustration over some slow-paced games against rivals so far this tournament. Fans can therefore expect plenty of speed from Trump and Hawkins.
