Ian Poulter has amassed a large collection of Ferrari cars and memorabilia
rebel Ian Poulter has spent a small fortune accumulating a collection of Ferraris and houses them in an annexe at his home in Orlando, Florida. The 48-year-old purchased his first after winning the Italian Open in 2002 and has since built up a huge collection of the cars.
Poulter, who was said to have a net worth three years ago, was the runner-up at The Open in 2008 but has never won a Major.
He was one of the first players to join LIV Golf and has competed at every event since the breakaway Tour launched two-and-a-half years ago.
Poulter spoke about his collection during an interview with in 2020. And the blockbuster star explained: “Growing up, all I wanted was a nice car. It equated to doing well.
“My first taste of a was a week in an F355, which a friend of mine let me borrow. I’d just got my European Tour card. This was back in 2000 – I was 24, driving round Luton. What an absolutely beautiful car that is.
“I won the Italian Open and I thought, ‘Right, time to buy a .’ But once I’d paid my caddy and the tax, it didn’t leave enough for one. I won the Moroccan Open in 2001, and the cheque from that didn’t quite stretch to a [either].

Poulter is said to be one of ’s top clients, with his annexe looking more like a museum than a garage.
The building includes large images of founder Enzo , pictures of Scuderia F1 successes and even overalls that were worn by Michael Schumacher at the Japanese Grand Prix in 2001.

During a 2019 interview with YouTuber , Poulter revealed: “I had no idea [my collection would grow as much].
“Obviously the passion was there but I pinch myself daily when I come in because it’s not normal to have these cars and I feel very lucky.”
And turning his attention to his memorabilia, he added: “There is a grey suit over there, a certain Michael Schumacher suit – 2001 Japanese race suit – which is signed. And just to the right-hand side on the shelf is a pair of his race boots as well. So my love affair with is pretty strong and to have a couple of bits of iconic memorabilia from an absolute true legend is pretty special.”
