Danny Jones’ stunning wife Georgia Horsley faced a challenge in her marriage to the McFly frontman this month, as he jetted over to Australia’s Gold Coast to try his luck at gruelling jungle life in front of millions of viewers.
Georgia – who won the Miss England title in 2007, two years before meeting her now husband – has been married for a decade. However, this month, she was forced to leave a house she loves and make a move to a different one – a decision she says she made for their son – without Danny by her side.
The pair share six-year-old Cooper, who will be cheering on hid famous dad from thousands of miles away in the UK. In an emotional update, Georgia confessed to fans: “We have moved house whilst Danny is in the jungle, and I have done it on my own, and I am a broken woman, to say the least.”
She continued: “I actually didn’t want to move from the house we lived in. I loved it there, but we do it for the kids, right? Anyway, I’m very, very emotional. I’ve had an emotional evening. It’s just a lot.” Then she urged fans to discuss I’m A Celebrity and “not just me and my house move without my jungle husband here”.
Although the pair now seem to be a blissfully content couple, where did it all begin? They first met in 2009, when Georgia was enjoying a promising career as a model.

She had already been crowned Miss England, and went on to represent the country in the Miss World competition, finishing in Miss World Talent’s top 18.
Georgia looks back fondly at the peak of her modelling years, describing her decision to start as “the best thing” she’d ever done.
It took courage for her to compete, as she was also living with deafness after a suspected meningitis infection in her youth targeted her hearing – but she quickly cemented a reputation as a showbiz star.
When she met Danny, it was the start of a fairytale, and in 2013, after four years of dating, he made a bold move and proposed to her.

He secretly planned every detail ahead of a beach holiday in Cyprus, admitting: “It was like an MI5 mission getting a ring out there.”
However, it turned out to be worth the effort as she said yes – and they tied the knot the following year in a church in North Yorkshire, to the tune of artists including John Legend, Jason Mraz and Coldplay.
Ten years on, his supportive wife is still cheering him on – this time while he embarked on gruelling Bushtucker Trials such as the High Street of Horrors, where he convincingly portrayed a phobia of snakes.
However, Georgia mischievously said on the Never Have I Ever podcast, revealing that, according to her, his fear is fabricated “b***s**t”.
“He’s not scared of snakes, but he said he is; that’s a double bluff,” she insisted, before urging the public to vote him in for every trial that didn’t involve the slinky creatures.
