Hall of Fame golfer Lee Trevino has an insane daily routine which involves a dog walk, a round of golf and a trip to his home gym.

Trevino was one of the stalwarts on the during the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s, with the American picking up six major titles across the three decades.

But clearly adamant to prove age is simply just a number, Trevino, who is well into his eighties, enjoys a routine that would put most people half his age to shame!

posted to the PGA Tour’s channels, Trevino said: “It’s golf, it’s absolutely everything. I get up every morning at 6:30am, I walk Yoda, my Frenchie bulldog for a mile every morning.

“I have breakfast, I go to the club, I hit balls at Pete D with David Graham for a couple of hours everyday.

“We have a bowl of soup and then I go home, sit on the couch, sleep, and I bob for about 20 minutes, and I bob about six times. I’ll go to bed at 8:30 and repeat everything again.”

On his exercise routine, Trevino continued: “I stay healthy, I have a big gym in my house. It’s over 300 square feet, I have eight items in there that I workout with.

“But the greatest thing I have in that gym is I have a La-Z Boy in the middle of that gym. And I’ll pump a few weights, walk a little bit on the treadmill, and then I sit on the La-Z Boy and take a nap.
