Christopher Biggins was crowned the seventh king of the jungle in back in 2007, snatching the title from former model Janice Dickinson.
The beloved panto legend triumphed over competitors including ex-5ive singer Jason ‘J’ Brown and was moved to tears upon reuniting with his partner Neil after spending 20 gruelling days in the jungle.
The series is perhaps best remembered for the romance that sparked between star Marc Bannerman and songstress Cerys Matthews amidst the wild backdrop of the Australian bush.
Their love affair continued upon their return to Blighty, but it was short-lived as Cerys ended things with Marc, citing a lack of common interests and branding him overly controlling.
One of the most hilarious moments from Biggins involved an unexpected bedfellow a rat which led to some side-splitting squeals of terror from the entertainer, reports .

Not to forget his gag-inducing moment when faced with eating crocodile penis, after which he humorously remarked, “I’m really a breast man.”
The celebrity line-up that year also featured Changing Rooms’ Anna Ryder Richardson, The Apprentice’s notorious Katie Hopkins, Hollyoaks beauty Gemma Atkinson, and renowned chef John Burton Race.
Fans of the show will recall that Christopher also experienced an apparent ‘feud’ with Janice Dickinson whilst in the jungle.
Years after he appeared on the show, the panto star spoke with the and recalled that he was not a fan of Janice.

Biggins said: “First person I met was the hideously horrible, vile Janice Dickinson, the American model…she’s one of the most obnoxious women I’ve ever met.”
He added: “First thing she showed me when we got into the jungle was her vagina because she’d had an operation, so she showed me the stitches, that was attractive.”
