Naga Munchetty called for ‘a bit of calm’ in the Breakfast studio this morning (November 30).
The presenter was appearing alongside her regular co-host on the Saturday programme. They had just shown pictures of dogs at Battersea that needed homes for Christmas.
Charlie offered some further detail on the pictures appearing on-screen, going in-depth about the history behind a footstool that one of the dog’s minders had his feet up on, which had been covered with curtains from Buckingham Palace.
“Yeah, I like detail,” Naga began before making her demand.
“I tell you what, we need lots of detail at the moment with the weather,” she began as she shifted out of the dogs segment and on to the weather.
“Things have been changing Sarah,” she said, addressing her co-star. “I think people really would appreciate a bit of calm, I think.”
