Georgia Jones, wife of star Danny Jones, has opened up about her emotional struggles as she copes with life back home while her husband braves the Australian jungle.
The McFly star, 38, joined the line-up of celebrities on the popular reality show over two weeks ago, leaving Georgia, 37, to manage their recent house move and care for their six-year-old son Cooper alone in the UK.
In a new video message to her followers, an emotional Georgia was seen wiping away tears as she discussed the challenges of the move, working, and “solo parenting” during Danny’s absence.
Despite her own difficulties, she encouraged fans to support Danny by voting for him to take part in the show’s notorious bushtucker trials.
She began: “So I’m a bit of an emotional one today. I think it’s just been bubbling. Obviously house moves on its own is stressful and then working at the same time. Solo parenting and having a husband in the jungle.

“So I think today it’s just kind of come to a head and the last thing I want to do is not be my authentic self, which is what my is.”
Georgia continued: “I show real life, I show who I am, I show ups and downs, and highs and lows, so that you guys feel y’know less alone with anything that you might be struggling with.
“So I’m just having a bit of a wobble and I’m just a bit tired, and just making sure I’m looking after everyone and keeping everybody happy.”
Georgia then shifted her focus to I’m A Celebrity, urging her fans to “Vote for Danny to do trials. Vote for him to win because we’re so proud of him and he needs to stay in for as long as possible.”
She added: “We will be going out there and supporting him.”
