I’m A Celebrity fans have been left stunned after spotting a huge feud in camp.
Dean McCullogh was back in the trial clearing last night to take on his sixth Bushtucker trial – Jack and the Scream Stalk – where they showed him the scary trial he would be taking on, which included a large beanstalk and a castle.
There were 12 stars up for grabs – to earn the 12 meals for his campmates – which Dean had to collect within 12 minutes. As he started climbing up the beanstalk, he had to put his hands in hellholes to retrieve the stars.
At the top of the beanstalk, he had to put together a golden egg before moving onto the ‘castle’, which was floating above the jungle floor. Throughout the trial, Dean admitted he was struggling to hold on and eventually fell off the wall, losing two stars.
However, things turned awkward when Dean was brought back down to speak to Ant and Dec.
Dean McCullogh managed 10 out of 12 stars
Following the trial, Dean admitted: “I’m sorry, I’m sorry,” as he swung above the jungle floor. Dec then reminded him not to stress as it was his personal best. “That’s alright, 10 stars, that’s a new personal best,” Dec told him.
When he returned to meet the hosts at the trial clearing, both Ant and Dec congratulated him. Ant told him: “You even got a round of applause from us today,” as Dean quipped back: “Next thing you’ll be following me on .”
Ant was quick to shake his head, insisting there was no way that was going to happen. “No no that’s not going to happen,” he said, as Dean looked offended, before adding: “Joking Dean.”
Don’t miss…
Ant and Dec made their feelings clear
Turning the conversation onto the trial, Dec asked how he found it. Dean added: “I was knackered by the time I got to star three!” but he did say he was excited to tell his campmates the good news.
Taking to social media, fans found the exchange hilarious. One wrote: “Can anyone else see the tension between ant and dean it’s hilarious ,” whilst a second added: “Ant saying he isn’t following dean on then realising what he said and having to say he’s joking .” A third penned: “Ant can’t stand Dean.”
“Dean asking for an follow off Ant and getting burnt ‘that ain’t gonna happen,” a fourth shared, with a fifth writing: ” Ant having to tell Dean he’s joking so the public doesn’t think he hates him.”
