A celebrity plastic surgeon has said that Donald Trump has reportedly splurged a significant amount on cosmetic enhancements, with his family’s total expenditure approaching an eye-watering $1 million on various procedures over the years. Dr Gary Motykie believes that Trump, who is often praised by his supporters for his leadership qualities, has undergone extensive treatments to address hair loss.
Speaking to , he suggested that Trump may have spent around $160,000 on hair transplants, pointing to evidence of multiple hair surgeries, such as hairline advancement and flap technique operations. This aligns with claims from Trump’s late ex-wife Ivana, who alleged he had scalp reduction surgery to improve his hairline, in addition to liposuction on his chin and waist.
Dr Motykie estimates Trump’s spending on hair restoration at approximately $80,000, with a further $80,000 likely invested in veneers to enhance his smile. Surprisingly, Melania is thought to have spent less on cosmetic surgery than her husband.
The doctor surmises the former model hasn’t undergone major surgery but maintains a youthful look. Nevertheless, he suspects she’s probably had a nose job, cheek and lip fillers, and Botox injections, reports the Irish Star.

Melania once expressed to GQ her disapproval of Botox and fillers, stating her preference to “age gracefully”.
However, Dr Motykie estimates she’s splashed out between $45,000 to $50,000 (£35,400 to £39,300) on enhancing her appearance.
