The late was left “very annoyed” after made a rude remark about one of her closest family members, an insider source has revealed.
Despite Trump claiming he was “her favourite president”, he may have caused some upset during his 2018 visit to the UK with his wife Melania.
During his time in the country, he about her late siter, , who passed away in 2002 aged 71.
This conversation apparently did not go down well, as he referred to Margaret as the “difficult sister”, a notion the Queen resented.
A source involved in arranging the visit discolsed the details to the . They said: “Trump put his foot in it by saying Margaret must have been a difficult sister.

“The Queen was very annoyed with this remark, which she viewed as ignorant and hurtful. She always defended Margaret to the hilt.”
The rumour that the Queen did not like Trump has been circulating for years, and one royal expert claimed thing about him.
In Craig Brown’s book, A Voyage Around The Queen, the royal author claims the Queen did not like the way the president looked over her shoulder while they were talking as if “in search of others more interesting”.

She is also said to have joked that Trump “must have some more of arrangement” with Melania after one of his two visits to the UK.
Trump, however, has refuted these comments, He previously told The Mail: “I heard I was her favourite president.
“I had a great relationship with the Queen. She liked me and I liked her. She was an amazing woman.”
