has been urged to “reconnect with [her] talented persona” by making a potential return into the acting world.
The 43-year-old gave up on her acting career after announcing that she was set to officially join the Royal Family by marrying in 2018.
Meghan previously appeared as Rachel Zane in the US drama Suits for a total of seven series.
For some time it has been speculated that Meghan could make a return to acting, with ‘s Edward Coram-James stating that this could be a “smart move” for the Duchess of Sussex.
The PR expert told : “Getting back into acting could be a smart move for Meghan. It’s something she’s proven she’s good at, and it would allow her to reconnect with the hardworking, talented persona she had before becoming a royal.”
He also believes that this could prove a long-lasting career for Meghan, adding: “While it might seem like a step back, with the right roles, it could set her up for a lasting career in entertainment.”
Speaking of other possibilities for the Duchess, he added: “But Meghan’s also got the entrepreneurial drive and passion for causes she cares about, so she could carve out a unique space that blends both.
“She might also dive deeper into charity work, especially around women’s empowerment, education, and social justice — issues she’s deeply passionate about.
“This wouldn’t just show her authenticity but would allow her to make a real difference. Whether it’s acting, advocacy, or a combination of both, Meghan has the chance to shape her legacy on her terms – and that’s a win for everyone.”

Meghan was reportedly keen to give up acting to pursue becoming a royal full-time, although the late Queen gave her an option to press on with her career.
Paul Burrell, who previously worked as a butler to the late Princess Diana, previously told the : “The Queen was very gracious and very kind to Meghan. She even said to Meghan, ‘You can continue acting if you like, continue your career’.”
Confirming her decision to step away from acting, Meghan previously insisted during with Harry that she was not “giving anything up, I just see it as a change”.
