Method
Kyra did not share a step-by-step method in the caption of her video, but according to the clip itself, the woman started by laying two chicken breasts out on a chopping board and slicing them through the middle, so she ended up with four thinner portions. She then generously sprinkled paprika and all-purpose seasoning over the meat before flipping each piece over and seasoning the other side too.
Next, she added her chicken breasts to a pan with some oil and left them to cook, turning them occasionally to make sure they were seared and brown on both sides. Once they were cooked, she removed them from the pan and immediately added in a small piece of butter and the chopped garlic, which she stirred until fragrant.
Kyra then chucked the tomatoes, which had been quartered, into the pan along with the chicken stock and finally the soft cheese, which she stirred in until it had broken down and created a creamy sauce. She then added the chicken back to the pan and topped it with the spinach before covering and leaving it to simmer until the spinach was wilted and the chicken was fully cooked.
In Kyra’s video, she finished the dish by serving with mashed potato and some broccoli to create an easy and healthy dinner – although you could serve your dish however you fancy.
Commenters were keen to try the dish themselves, with many saying it seemed “absolutely mouthwatering”.
One person said: “I see this all the time! I think it’s my sign to make it.”
Another added: “I made this tonight, step by step, except I just air-fried baby potatoes. Overall, the chicken came out so good!”
