Bikers rave about rechargeable heated gloves that keep their hands warm for hours

Bikers and cyclists are raving about a pair of electric heated gloves that “block out the cold for hours” when they commuted in harsh weather. The and is rechargeable with three temperature settings, offering a maximum of five-hour battery life.

Made from warm and cosy fleece material and splash-proof fabric outside, they are durable and soft on the palm. The battery pack and the fingertip is sewn with touch sensor so it allows you to use your smart devices without the need to remove them in the cold.

There’s also an adjustable wrist strap and drawstring closure to block the cold air out. With the lowest (coldest) setting, the gloves can warm up to 40C and the highest (hottest) setting, it goes up to 65C. This glove is powered by 2 7.4v 2500mah rechargeable batteries. The gloves have 3 heat settings, and you can choose from 3 heating levels (high, medium, and low) at the touch of a button.

Shoppers will have to measure their palm and go one size up if they are in between sizes. One shopper said it’s a life saver and explained: “I bought these for work in a cold warehouse with temperature going under 5C under winter. I and it’s lovely and warm. It’s worth buying a second set of batteries so you can use the gloves all day.”

One cycling enthusaist said the gloves “”, she added: “I bought these to use whilst winter cycling. I was a little sceptical but I take it all back. Only used twice and my hands have been warm. They are bulky but I could fully control brakes and gears on a flat bar bike. I think a drop handlebar would be quite difficult due to the bulk.”

Out of the 66 ratings received on Amazon, more than 60% people gave a five-star rating but some said “if only the gloves can be washed”.
