The sale is in full swing, running from now until end of play on December 1.

One of the most comprehensive sales on the platform to date, Switch fans can grab discounts on all sorts of games, from new releases like EA Sports FC 25, to first-party blockbusters like Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

That’s on top of big third-party blockbusters, such as Harry Potter spinoff .

One discount that has really grabbed my attention is for Portal Companion Collection, which is reduced to £3.37! That’s less than the price of a cappucino at Starbucks.

It would be great value for the original game by itself, let alone Portal 1 and Portal 2.

Indeed, Portal Companion Collection contains both games in the Portal series, including the multiplayer components available as part of the sequel.

This is why Portal Companion Collection has earned a whopping 95% score on Metacritic, making it one of the highest-rated games on Switch.

Nintendo explains more: “In Portal, you’ll use a highly experimental portal device to solve physical puzzles and challenges.

“Manoeuvre objects – and yourself – through space to puzzle your way through the mysterious Aperture Science Laboratories.”

The sequel massively expands on the original, introducing a much larger area to explore, as well as a more in-depth story.

“Return to Aperture Laboratories in Portal 2 where you’ll once again face off with the lethally inventive, power-mad A.I. named GLaDOS.

“Meet an expanded cast of characters as you think your way through dangerous, never-before-seen areas of the laboratories and a wider variety of portal puzzles.”

Other games worth checking out in the sale include Super Mario Odyssey, which is reduced to £33.29.

That’s on top of Red Dead Redemption for £23.99, EA FC 25 for £27.49, Disney Dreamlight Valley for £25.11 and It Takes Two for £17.49.

Elsewhere, Mortal Kombat 1 is down to just £14.99, Batman Arkham Trilogy is £24.99 and Dragon’s Dogma Dark Arisen is only £4.24.

With Xenoblade Chronicles X about to make its debut on Nintendo Switch, now is the perfect time to check out the other games in the series, including Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition and Xenoblade 2 for £33.29 each.
