is in full swing as viewers saw 10 stars enter the Australian jungle on Sunday night. Since then, fans have witnessed snail-biting trials, tears and plenty of laughs.
After winning the race during the launch show, Tulisa Contostavlos and Alan Halsall have become the first camp leaders. The pair had to delegate jobs within the camp and can’t do any work themselves.
It seems as though not being able to get stuck in isn’t going down well for Tulisa as viewers have noticed her eagerness to become the camp cook. This week, one of her close friends Michelle McKenna appeared on Lorraine to speak about her jungle journey so far.
When asked if she’d be ok with trials, she said: “Well, she’s not done a critter trial yet so I’m dying to see her with spiders, I know personally how scared she is of spiders.”
However, entertainment reporter Lucie Cave highlighted Tulisa didn’t say that in her VT before entering the jungle, aware it could make people vote for her to do certain trials.

Michelle replied: “I’m probably a bad mate for saying that now aren’t I?!”
Currently, Tulisa is the second favourite to win the show with her latest odds standing at 4/1, according to Ladbrokes.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “Danny’s led the way in the betting up to this point, but the latest odds suggest Maura could be a serious threat in the race for this year’s jungle crown.”
Although Tulisa hasn’t been voted to do any trials, radio star Dean McCullough has been picked multiple times.
Michelle McKenna revealed Tulisa is terrified of spiders
This week, he became the first star this year to say the infamous words ‘I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!’ after finding one challenge too much.
However, he did manage to earn two stars for his camp, seven less than what GK Barry had managed to collect the day prior.
On Wednesday night, GK and Dean were chosen by the public to tackle a trial together, although things didn’t go as planned.
Both stars were trapped in a tank, with Dean situated above Grace. As water poured in, Dean had to put his hands into holes with creepy crawlies and collect golden keys.
Dean was the first person to say “I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!” this series
Once collected he had to pass it to Grace through a shoot, however, it wasn’t as easy as they thought as the Loose Women star struggled to catch the keys.
After she managed to get the keys, the 25-year-old had to dive under water and place the correct key into a series of padlocks to receive a star for camp,
Despite giving it a go, while animals swam around her, GK couldn’t find the correct lock and the pair failed to bring back any stars to camp.
On Thursday night, it was revealed Dean has been selected yet again to tackle another trial, will he be more successful this time around?
I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! Continues weeknights on ITV from 9pm.
Lorraine is on ITV1 weekdays at 9am and on ITVX
